Holiday Home Management

One Local Point of Contact for Your Holiday Home

Owning a holiday home from a distance usually means juggling a cleaner, a handyman, a neighbour who checks in occasionally and a property agent — with nobody actually responsible for the whole picture.

Holiday-home management brings all of that under one person: Rika, and her team. Regular checks, guest support, restocking, inspections and maintenance follow-up, coordinated so you get one update instead of five different phone calls.

How It Works

How We Manage Your Property

Step 1

Before guests arrive

Clean, restock, prepare linen and check the property and utilities before every arrival.

Step 2

During the stay

We're the local point of contact for guests, on hand for support or in an emergency.

Step 3

After guests leave

Inspect, clean, check for damage, restock and report back — then prepare for the next guests.

Frequently Asked

Common Questions

What's the difference between cleaning and full management?

Cleaning covers the turnover itself. Management covers everything around it — guest communication, inspections, restocking, maintenance coordination and regular checks — so you have one person responsible for the property, not just the clean.

I only use my holiday home a few times a year — is management still worth it?

Yes. Regular checks catch problems (leaks, damage, pests) long before they become expensive, and the property is guest-ready or owner-ready whenever you decide to visit or rent it out.

Do you manage properties listed on Airbnb or Booking.com?

Yes, we regularly work alongside owners who self-manage their listings but need someone local to handle the physical side — cleaning, key handovers, restocking and guest support on the ground.

How do you keep me updated on my property's condition?

We report back after inspections and turnovers, with photos where relevant, so you always know the state of your property even if you're in Cape Town, Gauteng or overseas.
